WHERE IS AV CLEANS BASED?
We are based in Peterborough but offer nationwide home collection to save you time and money.
HOW SHOULD I POST MY SNEAKERS?
Royal Mail Home Collection - Simply present your QR code to our friendly courier upon collection and they will print your label and attach it to your package.

Alternatively, you can drop off your package at your local post office. You can print your own label or simply show your QR code and they will print it for you!

WHY DO YOU WRAP SNEAKERS?
All of our treatment plans include protective wrapping of your footwear to further prevent exposure to moisture, dirt and dust and to also ensure they are kept in perfect condition after your AV Clean.
DO YOU ONLY CLEAN DESIGNER TRAINERS?
No, we clean all types of trainers, including shoes! Whatever the stain or scuff and no matter how dirty your footwear is, you can be rest assured we'll take care of it.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
The turnaround time for an AV Clean is no longer than 5 days. This time frame is due to high demand of our service.
We also offer an optional 'One Day Turnaround' at an additional cost.
CAN YOU REPAINT MY FOOTWEAR?
Yes, we offer Full Restoration, Repainting as well as Customisation.

HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY FOOTWEAR?
Simply place your sneakers in a small parcel box with no other contents. Make sure the box is sealed tight. If you are printing and attaching your own label, just make sure it is secure and your sneakers are ready to go!
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, we value our customers' time and understands that plans can change unexpectedly. This is why we offer full refunds to all orders cancelled within 24 hours.
